Anti Graffiti

Central London Property Maintenance applies an initial protective coat of anti graffiti paint to graffiti prone areas.  This anti graffiti coating is a  proven to last  up to twenty years and cleans back to a clean state once apply a second coating. This speclist paint cleans the area back to a perfect standard hundreds of times after reapplication.

The second stage of our painting process is the application remover, which is an environmentally friendly way to eliminate graffiti.  The anti graffiti paint  second step allows us to come back when there area has graffiti  we then apply the second coat which penetrates deep into the paint or graffiti, it lifts the ink to the surface which we the wipe away from the surface.

Fire protection

Central London Property Maintenance uses a fire retardant paint that is safe and cost effective.  It can be applied over any existing paintwork and is available in a Varity of colour schemes.

For extra protection on the initial fire protected coating we can also apply a second coat which insures a better life cycle,  it will give added protection against damage, scuffing, bacteria and graffiti.

These painting products are widely used within communal areas communal buildings and units as well as purpose built buildings.  When lives are at state you must be reassured that you have the best possible fire protection available to you.  These paints have been tested and are fully compliant with all fire standard regulations.

Anti climb paint

Anti climb paint it also known as Climbing paint, intruder paint and security paint.  It is a petroleum based paint that is applied to areas that people may be inclined to climb. Typically used on poles, down pipes, roof and ridge tiles, walls and many other objects.  We do recommend that you place a warning signs to the areas that anti climb paint have been applied.  We can provide you with the appropriate signs on your request.

Anti climb paint is a non toxic gel base paint that does not set which makes it impossible to climb and very messy to the intruder.  This product is safe to use with no volatile solvents.
